During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the friendly and English-speaking reception staff who were always willing to help. the hotel's location was fantastic as it was within walking distance to a shopping mall and surrounded by safe streets. Another advantage of the hotel was the availability of public parking nearby the hotel for free.

My stay was hindered by a lack of facilities in the room, particularly as there was no kettle, plates, spoons or cups provided. I also experienced an issue with the key card which was lost on my last night at the hotel, and the reception employee suggested a 10 manat charge for the replacement which I found unacceptable.
